Variable Data Inkjet Printing

Variable Data Printing (VDP) means every printed piece can be different — unique serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, date and lot codes, or content pulled directly from your database — all printed on the fly at production speed. Instead of pre-printed fixed labels, each item receives its own unique, scannable identity directly on the line.

Loogal's variable data printing solutions are built around the CodeJet series inkjet printer. Powered by HP TIJ 2.5 technology and controlled via PC or PLC over Ethernet, CodeJet prints real-time data from databases and counters with high resolution (reaching up to 304 m/min in high-speed mode and ~200 m/min for 2D barcodes) — delivering reliable serialization and traceability for food, pharma, cosmetics, chemicals, and logistics packaging.
